Two of the bedrooms open directly onto private balconies—perfect for morning coffee with an ocean breeze. For additional guests, fold-out beds can be made available upon request: $100 per guest, per night Please include in your booking so we can have them prepared for your stay There are two full bathrooms, both located upstairs, each featuring a clawfoot tub with shower, plush towels, and spa-quality essentials. 🍳 Kitchen & Dining The home includes two full kitchens, thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, including cookware, dishes, utensils, and essential pantry staples. There is indoor dining for up to 12 guests, with additional space to dine outside on the back patio, which features a BBQ and ambient string lighting. 🛋 Living Spaces There are two separate living areas, each thoughtfully designed in a modern Victorian style, blending historic charm with a warm, elevated feel. Both spaces offer comfortable seating and carefully layered details throughout—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or gathering with your group. Each lounge also includes a smart TV, along with a curated selection of books and games. 🌿 Outdoor Spaces The property offers multiple outdoor areas to enjoy throughout your stay. Relax on the front porches, start your morning on one of the upstairs balconies with the morning sun and ocean air, or gather on the shared back patio for outdoor dining with a BBQ and soft string lighting—perfect for relaxed evenings together. 🏖 Beach Access Your stay includes 10 complimentary beach passes, along with a selection of beach gear—chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers, and more. We’re located on the quieter south end of Ocean Grove, where the beach tends to be less crowded and the water a bit calmer—great for a more relaxed beach day. Additional beach passes can be purchased online or at the Ocean Grove beach office near the pier. ★ Other Details • Pet-friendly ($70 per pet per stay — please add pets at the time of booking) • Free street parking (can be busier during summer weekends) • Exterior Ring cameras at the front of the home (facing entrances and street only) • LGBTQ+ friendly — all are welcome 🖤 Guest access You’ll have full private access to the entire property for duration of your stay, including the front porches and upstairs balconies, as well as the back patio with BBQ. Free street parking is available. I’m local to the area (based in Asbury Park) and available if needed, while always respecting your privacy. I aim to respond promptly to any questions during your stay. Other things to note Please note that the Township of Neptune requires a Certificate of Occupancy for each stay prior to check-in. After booking, we’ll ask for the names of all guests and contact details for the primary guest—we’ll take care of the rest. We kindly ask that this information is provided promptly to avoid any rush processing fees ($100).
