The condo is so close to the water, you won't have to look far to see humpback whales breaching the ocean surface or spouting during whale season (November-May). The Kona Trolley has a stop right in front of the building and can effortlessly take you to Downtown Kona for dining, shopping, and history. You don't even need to worry about parking! Beaches? You bet! Banyons is right next to the building and is an world class surfing spot. If you prefer a white sandy paradise, Magic Sands is one mile away. Boogie boards and sunbathers love this beach and you will too! Want a peek at the underwater world of the fish and sea life that call Kona home? Kahalu'u is a snorkel beach I frequent and always see the most colorful fish up close. You may even spot an octopus! The condo comes with beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a cooler for you to use. Snorkel Gear is widely available for rental around Kona and they always have top notch gear. For less than a dollar a day, that is your best bet to get the perfect fit for you! There is a designated free parking space for you right by the elevator for your convenience.
