This is a great cape escape for a single or couple! My charming studio cottage with a covered deck is in a small cottage complex only 20 miles south of P-Town next to the National Seashore Park in Eastham, with the bay a mile away, the beach 1.5, and ponds all over and in between! The space This is a studio cottage. It is small but has everything you need to enjoy your time. The main room has a brand new FULL memory foam 12" mattress comfortable for 1 or 2 people. There is a small kitchen with a fridge, electric induction burners, a small range, and a microwave off to the corner. There is both an indoor and outdoor heated shower. The main room opens up onto a covered deck that has an eating table and outdoor sofa to lounge on. It faces a wooded area with a trail straight to the sunken meadow trail behind the complex. It is located in a small cottage complex right off of Route 6, just south of the Wellfleet drive-in. I've been the owner for over 15 years and maintain a commitment when not enjoying it myself to offering an affordable well-located and well-maintained efficiency cottage in a central location in the best place on earth! Other things to note I always want people to be aware that sleeping is on a comfortable FULL mattress but we request that everyone bring their own linen (sheets, blankets, pillows, towels) with them to the cottage. Everything else is fully stocked in the cottage.
