Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) w/ 3 bedrooms, each w/ their own private full bath. Fully furnished, w/ fully equipped kitchen. The space Only 2.7 miles from Clemson located in the lovely Harts Cove community. This 3rd floor unit has 3 newly carpeted bedrooms, each with their own private updated full bath. Two of the bedrooms boast a queen bed and year round views of the lake and Mountains, while the third room has a twin/full bunk bed and a view of the Clemson University football stadium in the distance. The kitchen has new granite countertops and is fully equipped for your cooking/baking convenience. New high efficiency washer and dryer are available located just off the kitchen, where you will also find extra linens. The living room offers a smart tv and electric fireplace for extra cozy comfort on those brisk fall/ winter nights. Enjoy your morning coffee or the stunning setting sun on the porch with gorgeous lake and Mountain Views. (Please be aware that we try our best to keep the porch tidy, it is cleaned prior to arrival, but nature can happen in a blink as the porch is covered but still open air) The unit is on the 3rd/top floor of the building. There are no elevators. The unit is only accessible via 3 flights of stairs (~34 steps to climb) THE LIVING ROOM: has a smart tv. In the fireplace console under the tv you will find a book library including kids books, as well as playing cards, games, and puzzles. THE KITCHEN: is fully stocked with pots and pans, a toaster, full coffee pot, kids plastic dinnerware, wine glasses plus, all of the usual kitchen items. Cutting boards are provided (kindly do not cut on the countertops). Ground coffee, filters and sugar available. Dish detergent pods and paper towels can be found under the sink for your convenience. EACH BEDROOM: has a tv. Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the closets. Luggage racks available for your convenience. EACH BATHROOM: has a new vanity. A hair dryer can be found in the middle bathroom. Liquid hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and liquid bath soap are provided. 2 towels/handtowels/washcloths in each bathroom as well as extra rolls of toilet paper. (Additional towels can be located in the laundry area) THE LAUNDRY: closet has a full size stacked washer and dryer with basic laundry items (pods, dryer sheets, stain spray). There is also extra towels, pool towels, broom and dust pan, as well as a fire extinguisher. You can use the community amenities - please see the guest manual for additional details. There is a pool, gym, grills (grill utensils can be found in pantry next to fridge), pool table, pingpong, swim dock, fire pit, volleyball and basketball court available. You must have a wristband (provided in the condo) with one member of the group using the facilities to show you are a guest of the owner. Basketball, football, volleyball, frisbee can be found in unit for your convenience kindly return to unit for next guest. There is a "CAT" bus that runs from Harts Cove to Clemson during the school year (except for holidays and game days). It picks up and drops off right in front of the clubhouse, is free to ride for anyone, and runs approximately every 30 minutes. Please be sure to read the Guest Manual in the orange binder in the unit, there are more details about the unit, property and area. Guest access You will have access to the entire unit, with exception of the lower pantry and storage room on porch, which are each locked. Everything you will need for a comfortable stay is already available in the unit. Please do not attempt to access or tamper with the locks on these areas ($250 fee). Other things to note 2 miles from Clemson university 6 miles from downtown Seneca 32 miles from downtown Greenville 78 miles from Asheville airport (AVL) This unit is on the top floor of the condo unit. To access, it is 3 flights of stairs (~34 steps) from the front of the building, and 4 flights of stairs (~50 steps) from the back of the building. No elevators. No smoking/ vaping within the unit or on the balcony as this presents a fire hazard. Community pool will close Sept 2025 for the season.
