The space Perfect for families attending weddings, family reunions and graduations in the Philadelphia and South Jersey area. Backyard space with landscape lighting, koi pond, basketball hoop on concrete pad, patio with table and grill, deck, and professionally landscaped for enjoyment in the nice weather. The Sunroom has a full view of the area as well with plants and a piano to enjoy. Note: Must be 25 years or older to book and show ID upon self- check in if requested by host. Person booking reservation must be present. Owners on site ( duplex style). Guests occupy two thirds of the house privately as shown in the pictures. Guest access Guests have private access to the fenced in yard and inside space shown in the pictures which includes the deck, patio, basketball court, koi pond and grill area. Entrance is via the sunroom door located at the right side facing the house with a keypad for self check in. Other things to note No events, parties or extra guests staying over if not booked as such. Quiet time 11pm.
