Front and back yard will be part of your stay ( be aware that you can face any wild animal like bears in the area which is very rare or any poison ivy plants ) Other things to note InfinityMountView is located on a cul-de-sac street with beautiful views of the mountains where you could appreciate every sunrise or sunset. At night you will get in love with a beautiful stellar show and shooting stars. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording only video but not audio around the perimeter of our house. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever. This property is located in a natural mountain climate zone. It is possible, but not likely, to see deers, black bears, snakes, lizards, spiders, raccoons, feral cats, coywolf, and other wild animals as well as all kinds of bugs that are common in this type of climates. Per AirBnb's listing requirement, we are required to notify you of possibility of encountering a dangerous animal outside the property and surroundings . Small little insects might appear randomly inside the house, such as ants, beetles, mosquitos, flies. We have a pest control service to deal with these creatures inside the house. If you come across any of them, you must contact us via AirBnB's Direct Message system immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover inside our house or outside on our property. Many of these creatures are free roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring properties and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of the same.
