Take a short stroll to Luxury Row on the Waikiki "Strip", and the Ala Moana Shopping Center or Hawaii Convention center is in walking distance. A short yet beautiful 10 minute walk to the world famous Waikiki Beach. The space BUILDING AMENITIES: -Free Hotel Wifi -Community Pool and BBQ Area -Community Laundry on the 4th Floor -Fitness Center -Sauna -Valet parking for $50/day (cash only) First come first serve STUDIO (352 sqft, NO BALCONY) -King bed -Full size Futon sleeper -Split AC -Flat Screen TV RENTAL INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: - Bed linens and bath/beach towels - Keurig Coffee Maker - Dishes, silverware & cookware - Hair dryer, iron & ironing board Starter Kit: paper towel, toilet paper, 1oz shampoo, 1oz conditioner, bath soap, hand soap & liquid dish soap. (once these items run out, it will be your responsibility to supply your own) NOT PROVIDED: Housekeeping Service, replenish towels or toiletries, Condiments/spices, coffee, detergent, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, or cooler. PARKING: We don't provide parking. Daily "hotel valet parking" $50/day (CASH). The hotel does not accept advanced parking reservations and it is treated first come, first serve upon arrival and no guarantees as we are not affiliated (Price subject to change w/o notice). Public transportation is also very convenient. CHECK-IN IS 3 p.m. – CHECK-OUT IS 11 a.m. Since another guest may check in the same day you check out, to guarantee a late check-out, you must reserve the condo for the night of your departure.
