Papakea D401 is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo featuring amenities such as a washer/dryer, and vaulted ceilings. Located on the fourth floor, this condo can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests with a King bed in the master bedroom bedroom, a Queen bed and a Twin bed in the loft-style second bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the main living area. There is No AC in any of the bedrooms. A Window AC unit and ceiling fan only provided in the living room. The space The open-concept living room features modern furniture with Hawaiian-theme decorations and a large flat-screen TV. A window A/C and ceiling fan are equipped in the living room to help stay cool. (please note the window AC runs on a wall timer) On the main floor, retreat to the serene master bedroom with a King-size bed and a ceiling fan. Down the hall is the updated bathroom which boasts a large vanity space and a walk in shower. Upstairs is the loft-style guest bedroom with a Queen-size bed and a Twin-size bed. Pack light and take advantage of the unit's washer and dryer for added convenience. Unwind on the private lanai with the lush garden and peek-a-boo views of the Pacific Ocean as the back drop. Dine al fresco on the lanai with a dining table for 2. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and full-size stainless-steel appliances. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping a breeze and provides additional counter seating for 2. Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka’anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. No Resort or Amenity Fees! Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival *** Papakea Resort Notices *** • Papakea Resort is completing property improvement projects. Guests may experience occasional construction noise during daytime working hours. Dates and work areas are subject to change. •The walkway coating project is scheduled for August–November 2026. Work on the D Bldg is slated for 9/1-9/11/2026. Please note that access to the ground floor walkways and front entries will be restricted during the work schedule. During the walkway coating and drying time, AOAO staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to assist with screened access to occupied condos. Other things to note Please note that Airbnb will group the following mandatory, non-refundable fees under their "Cleaning Fee" section. 1) Vacation Rental Damage Waiver plan that will cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior and will cover up to $1,500 in damages. 2) Processing Fee: Our team is available daily from 9am-5:30pm for general questions or issues that arise, plus we have invested in an after-hours emergency staff. 3) Cleaning Fee: Our condos receive a CDC compliant cleaning and we provide a one-time starter supply of kitchen supplies, dish soap, detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, and Maui-made toiletries at the completion of our deep cleaning. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights.
