Most units in this complex do not need AC as the direct ocean breeze keeps the unit cool. We provided an A/C for your extra comfort! • Smart TV with streaming apps as well as 200+ channels of free cable TV. • Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need; coffee & tea provided • Newly updated bathroom with grab bar in bathtub. • Beautiful resort setting with ocean front pools and bbq grills • Beach ready with 3 chairs, 2x umbrella, snorkeling gear and fins, frisbee, sand toys, 3 boogie boards, 6 beach towels. You will have access to the entire home. A door code will be provided 4 days before arrival. Feel free to spend some time relaxing at the pool, and exploring the beautiful landscape of Maui. Napili-Honokowai, nestled on Maui's west coast between Kaanapali and Kapalua, is a tranquil escape known for its stunning beaches and serene atmosphere. This area combines the best of Hawaiian charm and natural beauty, making it a haven for relaxation and water activities. Napili Bay, with its crescent-shaped beach and crystal-clear waters, is perfect for snorkeling and spotting sea turtles. Nearby Honokowai Beach Park offers picnic areas and playgrounds, ideal for families. The region's local markets and eateries provide a taste of authentic Hawaiian cuisine. With its picturesque sunsets and lush landscapes, Napili-Honokowai is a must-visit destination for those seeking a peaceful retreat amidst Hawaii's breathtaking scenery. Walk to nearby shops, cafe & restaurants. However the best way to explore other parts of the island is by driving. **About the Reservation** • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise. • Any stay longer than 30 days requires additional tenant screening, lease signing and security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **Additional Info About the Home** • Our Hawaiian climate is home to bugs and pests. Although we are diligent with pest control, there is a possibility you might still encounter a bug or two, especially in ground floor units - all part of the island charm! • Laundry facility is shared in the community but we provided laundry soap for your use. **About Fees & Pricing** • The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests (2 for the King bed and 2 for the sofa sleeper). We cannot accommodate more than 4 guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. **House Rules** • This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
