The space is a completely private suite attached to a single family home on 2.5 acres. A short 35-minute drive to Center City, Philadelphia with amazing local options in town and close by for food, shopping, and activities. The space This quiet, woodsy rental has a private, suite-size space attached to a single family home. Walking trails are all around the house. Inside is a relaxing space which hosts a small kitchen with bar seats, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Outside your door has your own fire pit, seats, and picnic table. Ideal for 2 people, but can fit 4 with an elevated queen blow up mattress! There is no bath tub, formal dining, or dishwasher. We have a strict pet policy. Pets MUST be: registered, house trained, under 25lbs, and a $250 fee per pet must be paid at time of booking. Guests are responsible for pet related damage.
