The house has bedrooms situated on each end and some rooms have private entrances for added privacy. We are avid beach goers so the house comes with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and toys. After a day at the beach cool off in the swimming pool. The house is over 3,200 sqft. The open concept living room, kitchen and dining room is comfortable for guests and large sliding glass doors provides easy access to the large patio. We are in the middle between downtown shops and the Keauhou Shopping Center. About 0.4 miles from Magic Sands Beach. There is a bus stop fairly close by the house. We've never used the bus but it is supposed to be easy. We'd recommend renting a car to get around. We have a ping pong table, corn hole board and a lot of board games for the family. We also have an ample supply of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and beach towels. We also have some snorkeling equipment and various beach toys at the house for guest use.
