Sleeping arrangements The condo accommodates up to three guests. The bedroom is separated by a sliding door and features a king-size bed and storage for longer stays. In the living area, an L-shaped pull-out sofa provides additional sleeping space. Linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided for comfort. Living space The open layout is filled with natural light and cooled by a window AC unit. The living area offers a comfortable place to unwind, along with a TV and high-speed wifi. An Ethernet connection supports remote work or streaming, while the dining table offers space for meals or planning your day. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is fully equipped, giving you flexibility to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners. A dining table provides space to gather and enjoy meals at home. Bathroom & essentials The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower, along with bathroom essentials and hot water. An outdoor shower within the building is convenient after time at the beach. The building includes elevator access, a private entrance to the unit, and free parking for one vehicle. The redesigned space will include: • A large heated swimming pool • Three brand-new hot tubs • A brand-new sauna • All new loungers and daybeds • Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating • A children’s playground • A full tennis and play court Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.
