Newly listed, tastefully decorated, spacious studio with AC is located 15 min away from the famous beaches, 5 min away from shopping centers, & tons of activities close by . Sleeps up to 3 people and an additional option to sleep up. You can swim in the community pool, play tennis or play golf (small fee) on our gorgeous course. (All driving distance) No Pets or smoking allowed. We require that all visitors adhere to the community quiet hours of 9pm to 8am. Kids deposit. Host stays on site. This studio will have a shared yard space with another unit on the premise. However nothing is shared other than the front gate to the house and the yards.
