This luxurious two bedroom, two bath residence with den was originally selected and furnished as a model because of its sweeping uninterrupted views of ocean, golf course and pond. The spacious living area offers palm-printed, newly reupholstered rattan furnishings, a queen sofa bed that will sleep 2 people, indoor and outdoor dining, and a den area that serves as a media room with a Smart TV. The master bedroom has island inspired decor, a king bed, Roku TV, en-suite, walk-in closet and ocean views while the second bedroom offers two twin beds and TV with basic cable. You will enjoy breathtaking views from the 375 sq. ft. wrap-around lanai and use of a Weber gas grill, perfect for sunset views. Amenities include fast wireless internet access at no additional charge, central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, and a fully equipped kitchen. The Kumulani is located on the "mauka" or mountain side of the highway, accessed through the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel entrance. The Kumulani is a private development with only 40 units making it a quiet retreat away from the crowds. Guests have access to use the recreation pavilion with it's own private lap pool and hot tub. Guests of Kumulani at Mauna Kea A1 may purchase daily resort access to enjoy all facilities and amenities at both the Mauna Kea and Westin Hapuna Resorts. Access must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay and covers all registered guests in the unit.
