The space Mauna Lani Terrace F202-Luxury, oceanfront condo at the exclusive Mauna Lani Terrace - centrally located within walking distance of the private Beach Club, the Auberge Mauna Lani Hotel and fitness center, historic walking paths, the Terrace amenity center and oceanfront dining options. This upgraded gem offers a spacious floorplan and two ocean-view primary bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Relax and listen to the rolling surf on the large, covered lanai with wet bar and plenty of seating for outdoor meals. F202 is one of only three condos at the Mauna Lani Terrace that is entirely accessible without stairs. Located on the second floor, guests are offered beautiful views of Mauna Lani's historic fishponds and the Pacific Ocean. The spacious living room is decorated with tropical artwork and features plenty of comfortable seating, a large flat screen television and Apple TV. The renovated kitchen features gorgeous granite counter tops, a fully renovated kitchen and large dining room table to enjoy family dinners. The primary bedroom offers a king size bed while the second bedroom offers two extra-long twin beds (that may be converted into a king upon request). Both bedrooms, located on opposite ends of the condo for added privacy, feature private attached lanais and full bathrooms with walk in showers. Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious covered lanai, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, WIFI at no charge, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. The Mauna Lani Terrace is a premier oceanfront property on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island. The Terrace is located adjacent to the Auberge Resort at Mauna Lani on the only beachfront condominium site in the Mauna Lani Resort. All guests who stay at the Mauna Lani Terrace will have access to use the communal pool (heated), children's pool, hot tub, a community kitchen and picnic areas with seating and gas BBQ's. The picnic areas & community kitchen may be reserved with the Resident Manager for outdoor cookouts. Parking for one vehicle is provided. The Mauna Lani Terrace is a non-smoking property. As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs) and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale. Our on-site resort office at the Mauna Lani Terrace is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited. Other things to note The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax in 2025 and 18.712% in 2026 on the rent and additional fees (which should be INCLUDED in the price). Tax rates are based on the dates of your stay and guests are responsible to pay all applicable taxes levied by the local authorities should there be a change.
