Sunrise to Sunset on Roof deck 1.5 blocks to beach

A beautiful, clean 3 BR home just 1.5 blocks from the beach. Updated kitchen and living area with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors. 3 private decks including one on the roof where you can catch both sunrise and sunset. Spacious dining table and stocked kitchen for nights at home. An outdoor enclosed shower. Second floor unit so no footsteps above your head! Central air, WiFi throughout, new smart TVs in every bedroom plus the living room (55 inches!), and a garage for storage or parking. The space 3 bedrooms (queen bed, queen bed, and 2 twins) as well as a queen sofa bed in the living room. 2 full baths. House is stocked with plenty of beach equipment (boogie boards, beach chairs, beach cart) as well as some games and puzzles. Other things to note Guests will need to provide their own beach and bath towels and linens (2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 queen sofa bed). Limited paper products provided (generally one roll of toilet paper and paper towels). No toiletries provided. TV will have YouTubeTV (just like cable with local channels, sports, etc.) from May to September. In off season months guests can sign into their own streaming accounts on the TVs (all are smart TVs) Saturday to Saturday rentals only during summer season (other than July 4th, Labor Day, and Memorial Day when partial weeks may be open)
