The space Layout of the House: Entry Level: - Entry area with costal design details - 1 Bedroom (Queen Bed, 2 Twin Beds) - 1 Bathroom with glass shower, double vanity sink, Aesop bath products, DryBar hair dryer, and modern finishing. - Sitting area with futon - Two car garage with beach items provided including beach chairs, cabana, beach toys and games Second Floor: 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Living Room and Laundry Room - 1 Junior Suite (King Bed), custom closet, and sliding doors to oceanfront deck. En-suite bathroom includes a glass shower, double vanity sink, Aesop bath products, and Dyson hair dryer. - Second bedroom (2 twin Bed) with ocean views, access to side deck - Third bedroom (1 Queen Bed) with walk-in closet and access to side deck - Living room with large wrap-around couch, big screen TV, sliding doors to oceanfront deck. - Laundry room with washer and dryer. Third Floor: 1 Bedroom, Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Area, powder room - Chef’s kitchen includes Sub-Zero refrigerator, 8 gas burner Wolf range, microwave drawer, dishwasher, large waterfall island with 5 barstool seats. Coffee maker for both K-Cups (provided) and ground coffee beans. Finished with modern light fixtures. - Dining area includes seating for 6, with room to add if needed. - Living area features Restoration Hardware couch and 4 swivel-chair conversation area. Large TV, wet-bar, wine fridge, and additional refrigeration built into the cabinets. The glass doors open to the top floor deck with table and comfortable seating area to enjoy the views. - Master Suite bedroom (1 King bed), large walk-in closet, full oceanfront views out all windows. The en-suite bathroom includes a glass shower, skylight, double vanity sink, Aesop bath products, and Dyson hair dryer. You will find beach friendly hardwood floors throughout the house, all modern appliances and finishes, Serena and Lily bedding. All beds have clean sheets already made and ready for your stay (you will find the bedrooms exactly as shown in the photographs), no linen service needed. In addition, each bedside table features Courant brand phone charging mats. Outside, you will have access to a small side grass lawn, outdoor shower, and brick driveway which comfortably parks 2-3 cars depending on size. Other things to note About Strathmere: The house is directly on the beach with unobstructed ocean views. Just steps off the driveway, you will find the beach access across the dunes. In the summer, our beach is guarded by the Upper Township Beach Patrol.
