Guest access Laundry area is street level and shared with all tenants and guests of the building. You'll need a credit or debit card to use the machines. $3.50-$3.75/cycle. Other things to note Please don’t loose the keys! You’ll need it to go up and down the elevator or stairs with the key to access the unit. Please return keys to lock box upon check out. Turn the A/C off whenever you leave the unit, and close the bathroom door when a/c is on, and all other doors. Please water plants every other day.
