The space This ground-floor, non-smoking, and air-conditioned studio has everything you need for a relaxing stay on beautiful Kauai: - Hawaiian style furnishings include a Queen bed and Full-size pullout sofa with all necessary bed linens can accommodate up to 4 guests - Kitchenette, with granite countertops, a mini and full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and cooking utensils - Spacious bathroom - Beach chairs and towels are provided - Smart TV, cable, and WiFi - Air conditioning and ceiling fan for comfort - Electronic safe for your valuable belongings - Ground level accessibility - Free parking - Lanai with table a chairs -- enjoy beautiful sunrises and ocean views from your lanai. The beach is just steps away! - Open recreation area includes pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, cabanas, pool bar, gas grills, and beachfront walking path. Guest access You will be provided a lock-box code by email along with check-in and check-out instructions 7-10 days before your arrival. Parking: There is free parking for 1 vehicle - you will receive a hang tag for your vehicle upon entering the room. Other things to note TRAVEL INSURANCE – We highly recommend all guests to purchase travel insurance covering cancellation for all causes. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the reservation cost if the guests cancel their reservation for ANY reason 7 days or less prior to arrival date (if it's cancelled more than 7 days - 50% refund minus service fee).
