Spacious One-Bedroom Condo on Ali-i Drive

This lofty third-floor condo has vaulted ceilings and views of the ocean and the city. Fully furnished it sleeps 4 [king size bed, pull-out sofa sleeper]. Our unit has no shared walls, so it is quieter than most. Amenities include a full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cable TV, phone, WiFi, and blowdryer. The lanai overlooks lush tropical trees, and city lights. Our place is only steps away from a thriving shopping center and public beach access. The space Our unit is a one bedroom condo on the third floor. You must climb 2 flights of stairs to access our condo. It has a master suite that you can close off from the living room with sliding doors. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and a television. It has a newly remodeled bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen. You'll enjoy relaxing on the balcony Lanai in the evening. Two beach chairs and a small cooler are available for use during your stay, they are stored in the utility closet. There are also two pool/beach towels in the linen closet along with sheets for the sleeper sofa. Guest access Guests are able to utilze the condo and all of the common areas:• Covered gazebo area with seating for dining and gathering • BBQs in two locations on site • Heated pool with outdoor shower, patio chairs, tables, and chaise lounges • Ping Pong and horseshoes • Laundry room ($1.50 wash/dry per load), irons and ironing boards, change machine, soap/Clorox 2 for purchase Other things to note This is our vacation property, and we live on the mainland. Condo management are available to offer guest support during posted office hours, and there is an emergency number listed by the front office and on the check-in brochure. Registration fees will be paid by the owners and cover cleaning and maintenance fees. Guests will be expected to place a credit card on file to pay the HI transient tax ($5.41 per night). There is no charge for the Wifi. We will waive the daily air-conditioning fee ($10) for our guests to offset the cleaning/registration fee expense.
