A former caretaker's cottage located on a 92-acre historic farm just 40 minutes from Boston. Home to abundant wildlife and farm animals, spectacular sunsets, lush pastures, rolling hills and meadows, woodlands, a pond and bogs. Walking trails nearby on property, and farmstand produce/eggs are produced onsite. Come stay to enjoy a change of scenery! The space This is a working historic farm with free-range animals and livestock. I have a “no outside animals policy” due to possibility of conflict with existing animals and health considerations. I ask people wanting to bring outside animals like service animals to consider the safety of bringing them onto a working farm with other working dogs, livestock and free range animals. Guest access The cottage and balcony is for use, and there are walking trails across the street and a playground on the lawn for use, Other things to note I have WiFi, but not a television, as the aim of the place is to go back in time a bit and unplug.
