This modern cabin is situated next to the 2200 acre Princeton Wildlife Management Area, and the nearby Mississippi River. This cabin could be your base of operations while you're in the area. Are you into hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, boating, or other water, winter, and summer sports? This cabin has it all! Enjoy relaxing on the large deck while enjoying the local wildlife, flora, & fauna of the Mississippi Valley Region. The cabin is remote enough to view the stars at night. This is not your typical cabin experience. It's recently built and has all the modern amenities you would expect in a traditional home, no outhouses here! It includes a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, and a washer and dryer for your use. You'll have access to the entire property during your stay. You'll have use of the of the cabin but the garage, shipping containers, and RV, are not accessible to guests. I'm available via the Airbnb app, by phone, or by text. Otherwise, you are left to fend for yourselves. Routine property maintenance may be performed during your stay. I'll try to give you as much notice as possible. Although the cabin is a few miles from the town of Princeton, Iowa, this is a very private, rural setting. The property is surrounded by farm land and the Princeton Wildlife Management Area. Talk, laugh, play games, or sing karaoke, the closest neighbor is more than a mile away. You'll likely need a car to get to the property. Bikes are useful to explore the trails, and watercraft may be launched at the public access area less than a half mile away. Parking is plentiful for all sizes of vehicles and watercraft. Bring paddle boards, kayaks, or inflatables and paddle over to Princeton Beach for swimming and hanging out. The location is rural, on a gravel road, and surrounded by nature and farm land. There will be dirt, dust, mud, and swampy areas. There will be critters, snakes, bugs, mosquitoes, and ticks. Still "on board" with staying here? Great!
