The condo contains a stacked washer/dryer capable of handling small loads during your stay. You are assigned 1 designated parking stall (maximum 2 vehicles - please request an additional parking pass if needed). In the check-in instructions you will get before you arrive, there is a code so you can enter the secured gates to the parking area. Also included in the check-in instructions is a code for the condo door (it is a smart-lock door), and once inside you will see the keycard that allows you easy access in and out of the parking area and also to the condo pools. There is one short flight of stairs from the parking stall to the condo, as the unit is on the second floor. The entire 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is yours in addition to a dedicated parking stall in a gated community. You have access to 3 swimming pools, tennis courts and BBQ areas. The neighborhood - Kuilima Estates East - is a beautifully maintained sanctuary. Your condo is located just outside of the popular Turtle Bay Resort, just a 5 minute walk away. All condo guests can take advantage of a majority of hotel amenities: restaurants and bars, beaches, walking and jogging trails, surf lessons, stand-up paddling, horseback riding, kayaking, helicopter tours, Hawaiiana activities, and golfing. The Point, the hotel's poolside bar, is a great spot to indulge in poolside/surfside dining and drinks, as well as live entertainment. *Please note: Hotel swimming pools are for registered guests of the Turtle Bay Resort only.* You will have access to the 3 great swimming pools located within the gated community of your condo. There are 3 pools for you to enjoy, in addition to tennis courts and charcoal BBQ areas and is just a short walk to Turtle Bay beach. You can walk to the fabulous beachfront restaurants at the hotel. Location is great - short drives to spectacular North Shore beaches for surfing, snorkeling and diving, dining and shopping in Haleiwa, Polynesian Cultural Center in Laie, and skydiving and glider rides in Waialua. About an hour's drive to tourist hotspot Waikiki. There is a bus stop nearby but the best way to get around Hawaii is with a rental car. You have a dedicated parking stall for your use, as well as a guest parking pass if you have a second vehicle. Our cleaning protocols have been updated to comply with current CDC recommendations during the COVID-19 pandemic. You can be assured you will be entering a condo that is as clean and as sanitized as possible. Per Hawaii state law, a 15% transient accommodation tax will be included when you confirm your booking on Airbnb. We will try to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs if we can.
