7 minutes from the airport, 9 miles from downtown Kona, and a short drive to nearby beaches, this delightfully chill guest loft is perfectly situated for exploring all the island has to offer! The bright, tasteful decor is a nod to a musical paradise of yesteryear with both mid-century flare and rustic beach shack charm. It has a kitchen, queen bed, 55” smart tv, private lanai with a panoramic view of the Kona coast and a shared bbq. The Loft sits above the carport on the 2nd floor. The Loft has an open studio design with a large archway connecting the bedroom and living/kitchen areas. There is a designated workspace (large desk/chair) in the bedroom. There is a peninsula with two chairs for eating in the kitchen as well as a small table and chairs on the lanai if you choose to enjoy the sunset while you eat.:) The Kitchen has two induction burners for cooking, toaster oven, microwave, electric kettle, Keurig and french press and all the pots, pans and utensils needed to cook and eat in. I live in the main house with one full time tenant and I’m often working from home or around the property. I love meeting new people so please feel free to reach out if you need anything or have questions! You will need a vehicle to get around. I am in a residential subdivision at about 700ft elevation. I'm about 15-20 minutes from town and the closest place to eat/shop is about 4 miles away.
