One queen-size bed in the bedroom with a large walk-in closet, one queen-size murphy bed and a sofa/daybed in living room. One bathroom with walk-in shower. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking and dinning. Bamboo/rattan dining table/chair set at dining area. Desk with a 27in monitor for remote-work setup. High dining table/chair set on lanai with beautiful ocean view. Loveseat with coffee table on lanai. Limited courtesy beach chairs, beach towels, and snorkeling gears are available at the unit when they are in good condition. A heated swimming pool and a BBQ/outdoor dining area on property. The lanai and oceanfront are great locations to watch sunset and whales. Don't forget to stroll through the tropical garden behind the pool. Guest access Guests can also visit the ocean shore through a locked gate by using the pool key. The water in front of the condo has beautiful coral reefs and many fish. It is possible to snorkel and scuba diving in the water in front of the condo. The owner himself has great experience snorkeling and diving there. However, the entry and exit from the rocky shore can be challenging for people who are not experienced in such conditions. Nonetheless, the rocky shore is a great location to watch sunset, whales or waves crashing on rocks. The pool card is in the drawer of the table by the front door to access the pool. Please return the key and pool card key back to the original place. $50 will be apply for each lost. Thank you for your cooperation!
