Cancellation on or after arrival, funds are forfeited. Damage and incidentals You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Guest access You have the entire condominium to yourself. Everything in the unit is available for your use, except for one locked kitchen cabinet reserved for our cleaner. Please do not attempt to open it. We provide starter supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper (2 rolls), dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, foil, baggies, Tupperware, Kleenex, trash bags, sponges, and basic cleaning items. Guests also have access to the Kihei Kai Nani pool area, BBQ grills, and picnic tables. The condo is just steps from the pool for easy access. Free parking is included with your stay, which is especially convenient now that many Maui beaches have begun charging for parking. The on‑site coin‑operated laundry room is located next to the swimming pool and includes a change machine and detergent vending. Inside the condo, we also provide full‑size laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, and stain remover for your use. Other things to note Kihei’s Laidback Vibe Kihei is a residential town—not a master-planned resort community—so although it is busy and “touristy” in some areas, you’ll also be rubbing shoulders with locals on a daily basis. People live and work here in Kihei, right alongside vacationers. But whether you’re a visitor or a local, Kihei’s character is easygoing and casual. On any given day, you’ll see people in Kihei doing their banking, buying groceries, getting their hair done, shopping for souvenirs, or enjoying a beachfront lunch all dressed in nothing fancier than t-shirts and shorts.
