The space Lahaina Shores is situated on a gorgeous white sandy beach and is the only Beachfront Resort in Lahaina Town. You will be steps from the pool, hot tub, and beach & a quick walk to restaurants, bars, the banyan tree, the harbor, and more in the Lahaina Historic District. Snorkel with the Turtles at the World Famous Lahaina Beach (we swam with the turtles our first time on the beach) that is only a short walk through the lobby! Shop and dine at the 505 Front Street Village with a quick stroll from the condo. Guests love the proximity to Lahaina and the harbor where all the action is for boating, surfing, first class dining and Front Street shopping. Mahalo! Other things to note CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING: To conserve energy the AC will automatically shut off if the sliding doors are even slightly left ajar. If you leave for an extended period of time, the AC sensors will automatically return the set temperature to 72 degrees Fahrenheit. PARKING: There is a parking fee of $4 per day that must be paid to the front desk if you park a car when checking in. There will also be a $200 security deposit required by the front desk, which can either be paid by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or cash. If paid by credit card, this will simply be an authorization hold for incidentals like smoking and not returning the parking garage key card.. LAUNDRY: The laundry room is on the fourth floor just next to the elevators. You can throw your trash in there as well. Each laundry cycle costs $2.50/load. This is a NON-smoking unit. No pets allowed. The condo is professionally cleaned per Hawaii State Laws. We collect and remit, as required by law, sales tax to Hawaii State and Maui County.
