SLEEP well with natural sounds of the ocean (winter) and birds in the morning. Relax in the pool/jacuzzi or go on an invigorating walk/hike. Ocean views from master bedroom & a spa-like master bath with bamboo cabinets, shower w/rock basin & built-in bench. Two sets of lanai doors allow in plenty of light with air circulation. Overhead fans throughout the unit keep the unit cool in the summer. From the tiled lanai you have an ocean view. Walk out through the glass doors to a private lanai for morning coffee or outdoors dining. Spend time together and prepare FOOD in the kitchen or in the gas BBQ's at the community/pool area. The unit is fully furnished. Washer/dryer available in the unit. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: Easy walk around the property, access to pristine beaches, or hike the trails: Ilio Point or Laau Point with AWE along with way along with secluded beaches. Free private wifi is available with a SMART TV for those who want to stay connected. Molokai is remote. Cellular service on island is spotty. Verizon has most coverage but in our area, it’s not strong. Wifi is not reliable nor consistent for the whole condo association as we are all on the same bandwidth so this area is not ideal for working remotely on a regular basis. I’ve done a day here and there. Guest access You will receive a code to the lock box to get into the unit. The common area is available once you check in on site with the property management. This area has a large blue tiled swimming pool, long enough to swim laps with a hot tub. Two tennis courts, gas barbecues and covered dining areas are also available in this area. There is room with a free book exchange. "The Store" is available walking distance toward Kepuhi Beach. No restaurants nearby. Other things to note Free Wifi and smart TV available. Wifi & Cable TV are available but the service available on the island is not dependable. Cellular service on Molokai island can be inconsistent depending on your service and location.
