The owner is in the medical field and is absent a lot for traveling and work in Austin (24 hr shifts) so you get to benefit by staying in this quiet getaway when vacant. The whole place is yours! It has a view of the town of Smithville and a wide open sky view from the porch and yard. Two quiet bedrooms with vaulted ceilings. Two and a half bathrooms and a kitchen and open concept living and dining area to spread out in! Beautiful natural lighting and a clean, simple feel. One bedroom has a comfy beautyrest mattress and the second has a comfy air bed. Both are very comfortable. You will enjoy this home in the country only 45 minutes from downtown Austin Texas! It’s easy to get to the airport or spend some time in Austin if you desire! The sky’s the limit! There is a second smaller casita on the grounds where a long term guest stays, but it is separated by a two car garage so you will have your own space to enjoy!
