Other things to note The AC units are usually installed sometime in April or May, and taken out in October or November.  We look for a week of weather where we are confident the temperatures will steadily change.  Weather in Boston can be very unpredictable during these seasons. For easier reporting purposes our pet fees are not included in pricing settings. This means that you will need to inform us if you'll bring your pet and a $200/pet pet fee will be collected via resolution center.
