There is a $25/night fee per group for access to Hali'i Kai's amazing Ocean Club, which is a short walk from the home. The oceanfront club has an amazing pool with waterfall and spa and an oceanfront fitness center. The Ocean Club Bar and Grill is a great spot for convenient and delicious food and drink. The fee is payable at the Hali'i Kai office at the time of checkin. Things to do Within the Waikoloa Beach Resort you'll find the white sand A-Bay (Anaeho'omalu Bay) beach. A short drive away are a dozen of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach. The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa. Minutes away are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings. The community features stunning golf course and ocean views, their Ocean Club with private pool, spa, fitness, restaurant/bar, and more. A car is advised to get out and explore the Big Island and all its adventures and diverse landscape. After your booking is accepted on Airbnb you will receive a copy of our home use agreement. We require this to be signed and returned in order to confirm your booking. IMPORTANT: Although the Homeowner Association (HOA) schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Guests are reminded to keep lanai/patio doors closed especially at night. If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
