Trail Lovers Getaway - walk or bike to downtown

Come relax or be adventurous during your stay in this newly remodeled historic home in the beloved South Broadway neighborhood. This is the perfect location for a true Helena experience! Spencer Street is nestled between 4 trailheads and within minutes of downtown's breweries and locally owned shops. This unique area of Helena is known for its closely connected quaint homes that once housed gold miners working up nearby gulches. Welcome to the neighborhood and let us know if you need anything! The space The house features two bedrooms with brand new mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen, and great outdoor space with views of the mountains. Enjoy a personal fenced-in yard or the shared garden space with the grill and picnic table. We had fun furnishing this space with a mix of vintage and modern furniture and some of our favorite artwork and handmade lighting. Get in touch with the host if you want to know more about the artwork that fills the space or more about the local art scene! Guest access Through the keypad entry, guests have access to the entire downstairs unit of the home. There are 2 bedrooms (the one with the bunk bed is very small, but you'll fit!), 1 bathroom, and a dining room, living room, and kitchen. The outdoor space has a picket fenced yard and a large garden on the other side of the driveway where you'll also find the recycling and trash bin near the road. There is one parking spot available in the driveway. Any second vehicle must be parked down the street 200 feet. Spencer Street is really narrow and parking is only allowed on the opposite side of the street where all of our neighbors have row houses. They have rightfully claimed the spots in front of their homes since they don't have driveways, so please park any extra vehicle a little further North on the street in front of the brown house that has a driveway off to the side street. We love our neighbors, so thank you for helping us keep them happy! Other things to note Our house is pet friendly but we only allow one dog, absolutely no cats. One dog is welcome to stay and there is a $25 pet fee for extra cleaning and wear.
