Other things to note Our home can be considered a 3 bedroom house because the loft is on the 3rd floor and it is not open to any other room, yet it is big and spacious with its own 1/2 bath. Very private. The views from every room are amazing. Our living room Lanai (terrace) provides the most beautiful sunset with a very relaxing atmosphere.
