Comfortable & clean second floor apartment on a beach block. 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, Sleeps 4 Three night minimum. We value your health & strive to be as natural & eco-friendly as possible. We use natural products, don't use harmful chemical pesticides & shoes are not worn in the house. We have strict house rules: * NO PETS AND NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND on the property * No Groups, Parties or Proms * No shoes in the apartment House has Ring doorbells (audio & video recording) at front doors. The space Comfy, clean, and welcoming with beach views from the living room & deck. The Sansego Beach Apartment is in the heart of Surf City, NJ and located on a beach block. There’s no need to cross a street to get to the beach. You’ll have your toes in the sand in no time! And you're steps away from LBI's best coffee shop. The second bedroom has two twin sized beds. We do leases will all tenants. We will need proof of age and your home address prior to accepting your reservation. Guests share the backyard and outside shower with the owners who stay on the 1st floor. There is no guest parking. Guests must park on the street. Other things to note There is no guest parking.
