Welcome to Brookhaven! Spacious house with deck, stainless steel appliances. 3 BEDROOMS (2 queen beds + 1 twin bed) 2 full baths and large living room. Your stay includes: - Coffee maker w/ assortment of coffee/tea - TV with Apple TV - Newly renovated kitchen - Towels - Short drive to the ocean, bay, ferry to Fire Island, train and Bellport. This is a family house and it should be left the way it was found. :) Parties/Events are not Allowed. Thanks Large Kitchen has a regular oven, 4 burner range, 1 coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, pots, pans, plates, utensils, seasonings, and a deck with view to the backyard. On the patio, there is a BBQ and a fire pit accessible to the Fire Chief (please see house rules). There is an attached garage studio where owner stay sometimes with private entrance . There is not physical or acoustical connection.
