Guest access Full access to condo other than one owner's closet Other things to note Unit 422 - This condo now has a Mini-Split System A/C with single blower in the living room/master bedroom area. Not a separate/additional blower in the guest bedroom. In regards to beach supplies, want to mention that we do not provide snorkel equipment, due to sanitation issues, nor boogie boards or beach umbrellas due to possible loss or damage with each guest (impossible to keep them maintained and/or replaced constantly). There is often this equipment left in condo from previous renters, but it is not maintained and is guests responsibility to clean properly for use or check to make sure they are functional.
