Rest assured, there are NO cameras inside any of the suites. Noise decibel monitor present In accordance with city permit laws, this suite is equipped with a noise monitoring device. This device does NOT record audio; it simply tracks noise levels as required by the city of New Orleans. Rental Agreement A Rental Agreement will be sent following booking confirmation, and a signature is required. Operator Permit: 25-OSTR-37774 Owner Permit: 22-CSTR-20146 Guest access ⭑ Guest Access ⭑ After booking, guests must provide an email address to receive a rental agreement for electronic signature, along with a photo ID. Once completed, a unique smart lock code will be generated and emailed 30 days before arrival. The code activates at 4:00 PM on your check-in day and deactivates at 11:00 AM on your departure day.
