Rest assured, there are NO cameras inside any of the suites. Noise decibel monitor present In accordance with city permit laws, this suite is equipped with a noise monitoring device. This device does NOT record audio; it simply tracks noise levels as required by the city of New Orleans. Rental Agreement A Rental Agreement will be sent following booking confirmation, and a signature is required. Operator Permit: 25-OSTR-37774 Owner Permit: 22-CSTR-20146 Guest access ⭑ Guest Access ⭑ After booking, guests must provide an email address to receive a rental agreement for electronic signature, along with a photo ID. Once completed, a unique smart lock code will be generated and emailed 30 days before arrival. The code activates at 4:00 PM on your check-in day and deactivates at 11:00 AM on your departure day. Street parking may also be available—please follow all posted city signage. Luckily, our location is extremely walkable and close to the St. Charles streetcar line, so you can explore New Orleans with ease. ⭑ Trip Insurance Recommended ⭑ ✔ We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your travel investment in the event of unexpected cancellations or interruptions ⭑ Security & Monitoring ⭑ ✔ Security cameras are located in all exterior and common areas (stairwells, elevators, and hallways) ✔ There are no cameras inside any suites ✔ Each suite is equipped with internal sensors to monitor temperature, humidity, noise levels, vapor, and THC, as required by city ordinance.
