You'll love my place because of the ambiance, close to atlantic city and brigantine beaches and casinos. Right on the bay great view of ac beautiful at night to sit out back. My place is good for couples or small groups of 4. Due to a recent bad experience I can't rent to anyone under 25. And NO parties. Holiday weekends with three nights in them there is a minimum of the three nights to rent The space there is one bedroom which has a queen sized bed and a twin with a twin trundle bed which can be easily moved (there is a lever underneath it to raise it up) Also a pull out twin mattress, which can be moved to living room Guest access Guest are able to use laundry room but please be courteous if other clothes are in there and please use your own detergent. please dont lock outside laundry door you may lock one in kitchen to the laundry room...may use the backyard may use boat dock for addl fee if you are bringing a boat Other things to note My place is close to the action in Atlantic City or Brigantine. Has a nice backyard for relaxing.
