The 3rd floor has a lockable staircase for privacy and can be used as an additional suite or the loft/playroom (toys and smart tv) can be used as a 2nd living room and has a futon. Off the loft is another balcony overlooking the city skyline where you can watch the fireworks at Tropicana and has a partial ocean view. The entire house is accessible and private. The ground floor "basement" and the garage are excluded. Surfboard rentals available upon request for a fee. Owners available via phone or text and may be travelling abroad. The neighborhood is close enough to walk to casinos (1 mile) and far enough from the strip to enjoy a beach vibe. Take a stroll down some of the streets such as Plaza and Aberdeen to experience the historic homes maintained to their original design.
