This private room is located in the heart of Cambridge in Central Square surrounded by lots of restaurants, bars and transportation. You will enjoy the privacy of your space with your personal fridge in this Victorian-era house. Entry to the unit is through the main floor with a passcode lock. The space Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, we are asking our guests to limit their uses of shared areas including the living room, dining room, and kitchen areas to one party at a time. Other things to note PARKING: Please note that we have very limited parking spaces. If you will have a car during your stay, please contact me prior to booking to confirm parking availability. We will try out best to reserve a guest street parking permit which will allow our guests to park on the street to up to three days per week, excluding permit-free Sunday. Laundry: As an added convenience to our guests, we offer on-site wash/dry/fold laundry service to our staying guests with a 24-48 hour turnaround for at a discount. Room cleaning: As part of our commitment to flight climate change, we do not change linens on a daily basis. For our weekly or monthly guests, we can provide room cleaning, change linens once a week. We follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts. Here are a few highlights: - Sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob - Use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination - Refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room - Provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay - Comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
