The space Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, we are asking our guests to limit their uses of shared areas including the living room, dining room, and kitchen areas to one party at a time. Other things to note PARKING: Please note that we have very limited parking spaces. If you will have a car during your stay, please contact me prior to booking to confirm parking availability. We will try out best to reserve a guest street parking permit which will allow our guests to park on the street to up to three days per week, excluding permit-free Sunday. Laundry: As an added convenience to our guests, we offer on-site wash/dry/fold laundry service to our staying guests with a 24-48 hour turnaround for at a discount. Room cleaning: As part of our commitment to flight climate change, we do not change linens on a daily basis. For our weekly or monthly guests, we can provide room cleaning, change linens once a week. We follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts.
