We began our hosting experience in the Summer of 2021 and have enjoyed hosting families for their vacation down the shore. This second floor unit in a two family house is located two blocks way from the beach, Seaside Heights boardwalk and only 1 block from the Bay. If you're looking for PRIME LOCATION in a family friendly area, this unit will fit your needs! Experience the difference at our "Beach & Bay Home"! The space Second floor unit in a two family home 3 Bedrooms/ 1 Bathroom Shared driveway but there is also plenty of parking in front of the home 6 Beach Passes are included during the stay Shared backyard with barbecue grill for each unit. A propane tank is provided but it is the guests responsibility to fill as needed. Patio table and chairs are also provided for each unit. In addition, the second floor unit has it's own deck area with a table and chairs. Bedroom 1: Full sized bed Bedroom 2: King sized Bed Bedroom 3: Full/ Full Bunk Bed with a twin pull out trundle & a single Twin Bed Living room has a queen sized sofa bed Bed linens and towels are not provided and should be brought by the guests. Pillows and light comforters are provided. If this is an issue, please contact the host. We recommend no more than 8 guests for a comfortable stay. Please contact the host if you have any specific questions. High Speed Wifi is provided along with a Smart TV in the living room. The kitchen is stocked with basic kitchen appliances; toaster, blender, Keurig coffee machine, microwave, gas Stove, and a full sized fridge. Serving platters, dishes, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, cutting board, eating & cooking utensils are provided. We do provide salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil and limited coffee cups. There is central air and forced hot air in the unit. Guests can adjust the temperature accordingly. In unit, stackable washer/ dryer provided. Guests must supply their own detergent due to skin sensitivity issues. Guest access The main entrance for the second floor unit is through the backyard. There is a keypad for entry. The host will provide you with a personalized code on the day of check in. Other things to note Please note pets are not typically allowed. We have made some exceptions for small dogs at an extra charge. Please notify host if you have further questions. This is a family friendly rental in a quiet residential area. Please note there are to be absolutely no parties or noise after 10pm. All renters must be 25 yrs or older unless it's a family. ID's will be required at the time of booking. If beach passes are lost, there will be a charge of $100 to replace each pass. If using the barbecue grill, please note it is the guests responsibility to clean the grill thoroughly. If left unclean, extra cleaning charges will apply. Seaside Park garbage & recyclables pick up schedule. Please note each unit has a designated, labeled garbage can and recycling garbage can.
