This ranch-style home exudes timeless charm with wood paneling and carpeted floors, offering a clean, comfortable, and entertaining stay for all. *Main Level* - Full kitchen with modern amenities and everything you’ll need - Kitchen dining table and bar seating - Living room a wood-burning fireplace - Second living room with TV - Dining room with large table - Primary bedroom with a king bed, dedicated workspace, TV, and ensuite - Second bedroom with a king bed - Third bedroom with a queen bed and patio access to hot tub - Bathroom with shower - Laundry room *Lower Level* - Entertainment room with pool table, foosball, bar, and the gas fireplace - A fourth bedroom features a bunk bed and queen bed - Bathroom with a shower *Outside* - Backyard patio with BBQ - Outdoor dining with an umbrella - Hot tub - Sunbed - Incredible mountain views - Lots of space in the yard Guest access There is ample space at the property for parking; up to 6 vehicles and even 1 large RV. Additionally, there is parking in the 2-car garage. Guests will have access to the entire property and can easily check-in via a keycode. Other things to note Pets: Up to two dogs are welcome. Guests must pay a pet fee at the time of booking. Sadly, cats are not allowed due to allergies. Horses are welcome to stay in the fenced pasture behind the house! Please note that we require a rental agreement to be signed. *Bozeman Guesthouse Stays* Your stay is hosted by Tessa with the Bozeman Guesthouse team who manage the home on behalf of the homeowner. Our goal is to make you feel like you're on a trip hosted by your most thoughtful friends in the sought-after town of Bozeman. Bozeman Guesthouse offers itinerary planning and concierge services to make your next vacation truly done for you. Our network of handymen, tradespeople, and cleaners will ensure the house is ready for you and any maintenance issues will be handled quickly. We follow all health department regulations and pay lodging taxes on this property as required by law. The Rocking H operates legally as a short-term rental in Gallatin County. The property has been inspected and approved for guests by the fire department and health department. The well water is tested annually. The septic system has been approved for up to eight people staying in three bedrooms. All cleaners are licensed and certified in standard health and safety standards. These licenses and this protocol are an investment in our guest’s safety.
