Charming Lakeshore Cottage on Big Spirit

This cottage is located on the North shore of Big Spirit Lake. Private dock allows fishing, swimming, electric boat lift. Lakeside patio has retractable awning and gas grill. The cottage includes: 2 bedrooms, one bath w/ shower, living room with a sleeper sofa; a full kitchen with counter and stools, dining table and chairs. Year round cottage with central air. WiFi available and tv in living room. Ample parking. Indoor days offers a closet of games, Wii with video games. The space The cottage will be available for our guests in its entirety. This includes the deck, yard and private dock. There is a fire pit and hammock to enjoy as well. The cottage is on one level. Guest access The cottage is located within a shared lakeshore . It is home to many residents; cottage visitors are expected to be respectful of the lifestyle at the lake. Friendly neighborhood with a family atmosphere. Truly a pleasant and peaceful setting. Other things to note MiniWakan State Park is next door to McClelland Beach. A boat landing at MiniWakan Park (where no state park sticker is required.) The cottage’s dock is less than five minutes away. There is bike trail access across the state park entrance, large lawn for picnic or yard games and a shelter with public restrooms. Public beach access available when en route to the towns of Spirit Lake and Okoboji. Additionally a fishing pier is down the road for public use.
