Boasting nearly 1000 sq ft of living space, this residence features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open-concept kitchen, and living area. The highlight? A secluded backyard oasis complete with an inviting inground pool. Our spacious fully AC home has a modern & stylish design, creating a welcoming ambiance, featuring extra-large windows with ample natural light, offering all the supreme comforts for your stay. Once inside the home, you will feel cozy and welcoming. The living area features a comfy sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and beautiful decor. Open concept kitchen & living area allow the gathering, a place to enjoy some quality time with family/friends. Our home has 3 cozy bedrooms, all featuring queen-size beds with comfortable mattresses, lined with hotel quality sheets for you. Each room is also equipped with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. If you enjoy cooking, our kitchen is not only well-designed with white shaker wood cabinets and backsplash tiles but also wonderfully stocked with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc. There's also a dining table to enjoy meals with the family. Our home also offers a large open outdoor private space, with a pool and plenty of seating area where you can relax, read a book or just have some fun. Guest access All our guests have access to the entire apartment, just use the self check in option provided. Wi-Fi information will be provided on arrival. Just scan the QR code to connect, no need to enter username or password. Other things to note Dear Valued Guests, To ensure the safety and cleanliness of our pool, we conduct regular maintenance activities. These activities are essential for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our guests. During your stay, our pool maintenance team may need to: 1. Add necessary chemicals to the pool. 2. Take water samples for testing. 3. Top up the pool water as required. We will strive to minimize any inconvenience and will perform these tasks swiftly and efficiently. Also Please note: The apartment is thoroughly inspected, photographed, and video recorded before and after each guest’s stay to ensure full accountability and transparency.
