The apartment is on first and second floor with it's own entrance. The first floor has access to the backyard & porch. Parking is available - up to 4 cars!! Guest access Guess access is to entire property with exception of the bottom floor, which is a separate apartment (currently empty till summer 2021 ). Main entrance is through the front door and back kitchen door with the smart lock. Miscellaneous The home has a tankless hot water system, so the hot water never runs out. Beach tags available for the guest. The backyard can be used. Patio furniture pillows are stored in the box and can be used by guests. Backyard features outdoor shower and large dining table, that seats 12. The house sleeps 15 -16 people sleep comfortably. 28 yo minimum age requirement to book, or stay. No high school or college students on premises unless accompanied by at least 1 parent. Please keep this house smoke free. This is our home, so please treat it, and our neighbors with the same respect you would treat your neighbors. Quiet time is after 10pm. NOTE: We now have special Covid 19 deep cleaning protocols in place. In between guests our cleaning crew will wipe down & spray all surfaces handles etc with disinfectant for guests safety.
