Gardenia Suite is located on the first floor offering a spacious one bedroom with 1.5 bathrooms and a full kitchen with outside sitting area. A laundry facility is on the property. The space The suite offers a home away from home with all amenities you need to prepare a delicious meal. The stroll to Kuau Beach and Maui's famous fish restaurant "Mama's Fish House" is just a few minutes. Other things to note This neighborhood is a hotel/resort area. Maximum occupancy is 2 guest including children of all ages. Use of the property and home is for registered guests only. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, parking is available for two cars (tandem parking), there is no street parking available. A rental agreement has to be signed within 7 days of booking including pre-check in form requirinig your valid credit card in your name in order to check-in. Rates include taxes (17.42%), there are no additional fees. Minimum stay during Holiday Season is 14 days. This is a non-smoking property. 3rd party reservations are not accepted.
