The space In the house you'll have the full private use of the 2nd floor except at times host will occasionally need the use of laundry room which is located on the 2nd floor. Guests that stay 1 week or longer will have full use of the laundry room. On the 1st floor, the kitchen, living room and dining area are shared. A Kuerig coffee machine is available for guests use with free coffee and tea. Basic kitchen appliances are available. Guests will have use of the right side of the refrigerator if you want to store food and drink. Additional cupboards available for food storage. Host has own private living area which includes living room, full bathroom and bedroom on the 1st floor. Guest access Shared kitchen, living room and dining area. All of the 2nd floor including office /sitting room and 2nd floor balcony porch. Laundry room available if staying 1 week or more. Other things to note When turning off main road onto the short side road approaching the host's house please drive slow and be aware of possible neighborhood kids playing.
