Only two blocks from the ocean and Kailua-Kona town. A few blocks away you have Alii Drive the main street of Kona town where you can find plenty of restaurants with a wide variety of food options. Also close by you have the Kona Brewing Company, Ola Brewing, Cafes and Bars with live music, boutiques, and grocery stores. The condo is over 700 sq ft with ocean and sunset view from the outside porch located on a second floor accessed by stairs. There is a common pool on the ground floor for everyone to enjoy with lounge chairs and BBQ. The bedroom is set up with a comfortable queen bed, fan and A/C. The living area has large flat screen TV with Roku for all your streaming needs (Netflix, HBO, Disney+, etc) and an A/C unit for those hot summer days. There is a electric air mattress with all the linens and standard size pillows included with your stay. Enjoy the newly remodeled bathroom with bathtub with hot water and great water pressure. The kitchen comes with all the appliances, including a new 4 burner gas stove with built in cast iron skillet and double electric ovens. Lots of counter space and cabinet storage making delicious food and your favorite drinks. Kitchen includes coffee maker, toaster and a blender for morning smoothies or evening margaritas. Out on the lanai you'll find beach chairs and an umbrella for your convenience and a peaceful space to sit down and relax watching the sunset. Very close by, you can also find big markets such as Target, Ross, Island Naturals Market & Deli, Safeway, ABC Store, Long Drugs, Licor Stores, and different Banks. Costco is 10min by car. The airport is only at 15 min by car. The closest beaches are: kamakahonu beach (small sandy and cute town beach, 2 blocks away), Keiki Beach (Queen’s bath, great for swimming with kids, also walking distance), Kailua Beach (sandy beach), Magic Sands Beach Park (sandy beach amd great swimming spot), Kahalau’u Beach park (rocky beach, great spot for snorkel), Hale Halawai Park (great grassy spot for sunset views alongside the ocean).
