Rental unit in Hauula

We are in the country area of Oahu about 10 minutes south of the Polynesian Cultural Center. Our location has on site secure parking, we are proximal to sandy beaches, and are available to provide information as needed. Our neighborhood is in an agricultural setting and everything associated with small farm life is nearby. We have fruit trees on our property. Current County laws limit us to only one rental in a 30 day period. Contact us for information The space We are not air conditioned but benefit from trade winds, floor and ceiling fans. There is a washer/dryer located in the bathroom. We live in the upstairs section of the house and occasionally need to use the dryer. This is generally one day a week but on sunny days we use our clothesline. There is plenty of hot water for showers. Guest access We strongly recommend that guests do not arrive after 9 PM due to poorly lit country roads. Late night arrivals have awoke nearby neighbors which is not permitted. You will have access to the bottom portion of the house which is approximately 1400 sq ft Other things to note We have secure on site parking and guests are free to walk about our acre of land that includes coconut palm trees and many others. Per County law we can only host a thirty (30) day occupancy. Please do not make reservation requests for anyone not qualified through the Airbnb system.
