Our lovely home is conveniently located on Main St., between Brewster and Orleans - only 1.2 miles to beautiful Crosby Landing Beach, & a short stroll to the bike path or Nickerson State Park! There are 4 bedrooms + 3 full bathrooms (+ sweet sun room). Outdoor shower + large, private backyard, BBQ. The house has oodles of charm, wide pine plank floors, sunny country kitchen, lovely windows throughout. Washer/Dryer in mud room. There's even a bonus work area, if you can't leave work behind. The space The beautiful main house has 4 lovely bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & gas range, 2 TVs, WIFI, large private back yard, BBQ, and outdoor shower. A charming studio apartment can be rented for an additional fee (it has a full bath, kitchenette and sleeps 2). We only rent the studio to guests who may need addtional space for family and friends. If you do not need the space, it will remain empty. Cape Cod is BEAUTIFUL!! There is no place like it. We're only 1.2 miles from the Bay and 4.7 miles from the Atlantic ocean. There is much to do and explore here: swimming, boating, surfing, sightseeing, walking, biking, antiquing, eating seafood and ice cream, art gallery hopping, golfing, mini golfing, bowling, shopping -- we even have a drive-in movie theater! A private car is recommended but there is a public bus called the FLEX. We are very close to the bike path, and you can rely solely on bikes for transportation. You will have the privacy of the entire house and property, but we will be available to answer questions. Guest access Entire house and yard. Other things to note More than 8 guests: additional fee of $300/guest. Please note, we do not supply linens or towels. Most returning Families bring their own, however there are several local linen cos. that do deliver. The house is equipped with plenty of encased pillows as well as blankets.
